N today is Friday!!

It’s cool..

So officially I'm day13 of life in CKAPS..

Really differ btwn ED n CKAPS..

Huhuhu..

Try 2 learn new things..

It’s all about writing a FORMAL letter..

Which is not only simple but understandable..

Perghhh...susah gillerrrr ok..

BM aku SPM dlu pun 3..hahaha

My 1st letter ever kne re-type 4x..huhu

Serupa 1week ade brape byk meeting..

Mcm2 meeting ade..

Meeting surat,floor plan& JKP..

Huhu..

really new environment..

xseeing any patient..

xseeing any other people except office mate..

huhuhu..

tperap dlm bilik office..

xroom but cubicle only..

new life style..

pg2 breakfast : nasi lemak/mee grg/..

working till 1..duk ngadap pc/in meeting room/call people..

then lunch..

pastu duduk lg buat bende same..

then pkul 6 balek..which is i can go back by 5..

tpi saje nak stay back..

then dinner..

3MEALS + sitting on d chair most of d time – physical activity/exercises

= sedentary life style = health problem in coming!!

Looking around 4 any garden/gym!!
