Then my last day kat CKAPS 27 may 2014..

So almost 2yrs 7mths +++..

Xtolak yg coti2 bagai kan..standardla kan..

Gomencoti 30days/yr..

Cikgu len dh..

Oo tp batch yg Jr ni dorg coti 25days/yr..nape ntah..

So klu ikut kan, sblom ni kat ED (emergency dept) pun dlm 2yrs 8mths..

Mcm tau2 ja kan..

Tp pasni dh xde pindah2 dh..

Stick to d one..insyaAllah..

Okies..klu dlu penah buat entry psl admin n klinikal ms mula2 masuk CKAPS..

Masa tu join team klinik..

Incharge clinics registration..

After 2mths joined team hospital..

Incharge registration n etc..

So mmg different..

Duk kat team hospital ni la xsempat nak hupdate kat blog..

Arini nak hupdate byk2 sblom start keje baru sok..

Kuikuikui..

Baru la sgt..

I am still a doc..

Kat CKAPS ni ada 2bhgn - pndaftaran n plesenan + aduan n pnguatkuasaan..

Bwh pndaftaran n plesenan ni semua private healthcare servicesla..

Dari hospital (yg provide ward >24hrs), ambulatory care center (observation <24hrs), maternity home, nursing home, psychiatrist clinic, gp n etc..

Mcm2la..semua yg private..

So sesape nak bukak private bleh refer CKAPS kat KKM, Putrajaya or UKAPS kat Jabatan Kesihatan Negeri masing2..

Dkt CKAPS belajar deal dgn CEO, manager, architect, matron from private sector..

Deal dgn higher authority..

Deal dgn other gov body..bomba, local authorities n sbgnya..

Duduk direct bawah Deputy Director General, Dato Jeyandran..

Every time monthly meeting ada dia..

He is such a nice guy..firm..cool..

Sbb tu aritu ble interview master dgn 8org tu mcm xdela kesah sgt..kui3..

Interview master ed dgn 2-3org ja..

Benda2 yg dipelajari di CKAPS:

1. as mentioned above

2. Tulis surat rasmi n sistematik..cthnya mcm ni..siap buat no2 lagi utk list down kan..haha..dh biasa..

3. Tengok floor plan private hospital..dh btingkat2 floor plan hospital yg disemak..penah jumpe doktor tgk floor plan???!!hahaha..kat CKAPS hado..

4. Hospital visit

5. Meetingggggg n deal dgn org2an yg hado..staff office etc..

6. Requiremt utk buat spital yg bagus: services, facilities n personale..

Basically, okla kerja 8-5..

Except klu meeting or ada kerja tambahan..

Investigation: bone scan, lung scan, myocardial scan dsbg..

Tx: thyroid ablation..

Banyak bkaitan dgn scanning tp beza dgn radio..

Dia ada extra mcm physiologically..
