your job is an inside one.to change your world,all you have to do is change the way you feel inside.how easy is that?

p/s:hukhuk..easy?..a bit hardlaaaa..huhu..tp btul gak..smtimes klu lyn rs mrh pun buang ms..huhu..tp biasela..we xalways on d top..but just remember that if we are in bottom we wont forever b in d bottom..rite?!..huhu..be tough..be good..joy,happiness,peace,gratitude,kindness n LOVE...

xde nak ckp pe pun..tgh kojo pun ni..but today xramai pt..so tgh mlepakkn diri dlm bilik mo..nak tdo xdpt lelap..oo,lgpun ade case psy polis tgh settlekn tanye family psl premorbid ade psy ke x..klu xde knela wat ct brain..leceh sket..klu ade snang sket..admit je terus(nampakla sgt mrepek ni)..

points for today :
our natural state of being is joy. It takes so much energy to think negative thoughts, speak negative words and to feel miserable. The easy pathway is good thoughts, good words, and good deeds. Take the easy path~~

may b sbb tbengang dgn boss yg asyik tegur je..ade je yg xkena..ade je yg nak ditegur..huhu..since boss blk ni la..may b dh lame xtegur mnegur org kut..tp ade gak yg aku xstuju..mcm trauma lane..mmgla case within 24hrs trauma..but then xslh klu nak order xray dr secondary terus even more than 24hrs..so then xpyhla pt tunggu lame kat green b4 tgk then nak kne g xray pastu..apela sgt..duk secondary tu pun doc gak..bkn nak suh tgk dr situ trs..

huhu..sudahnye mase boss nak teaching kat mo len..nk mlarikn diri tp boss pgl gak..huhu..pas jwb soalan blah..hukhuk..sori bosss..
